Key points in this article
What customers fear
On construction, customer concerns are concentrated: will something go wrong, and if it does, who answers? We hear the same questions and answer them with checks rather than simple reassurance.
Acceptance items
At acceptance we verify routing, grounding, labeling and the function of protection features. Each item is recorded so the customer signs off on evidence, not on trust alone or on a verbal promise.
Confidence on paper
A clear acceptance file means later disputes have a reference point. The goal is that the customer feels the work was finished, not merely ended, when we hand over the site to them.
Safety is the first bottom line for chargers in communities. Compliant equipment needs leakage protection, over-temperature protection and full-charge auto-stop. The maintenance side must offer regular inspection and fault response, and residents should halt use and report at once on any anomaly they notice. Acceptance is the checkpoint where we prove those protections were built, not merely promised, before the customer signs.
