Plenty of “charging management systems” are off-the-shelf software resold with a logo. Dongdian Huichong is developed in-house — device protocols, tariff rules and revenue-sharing logic are ours, so a property’s request can be implemented and a disputed figure can be traced to the original order. We run our own 300+ sites on it; the platform is not a brochure, it is the office we work in.
Six modules that cover the daily work
| Module | What it does | Main user |
|---|---|---|
| Scan & charge | QR or port-number start; WeChat and balance payments | Riders & drivers |
| Billing & control | Live billing, full-charge auto stop, scheduled cut-off, overload protection per port | Users / devices |
| Remote monitoring | Minute-level online status with automatic offline alarms | O&M team |
| Dashboards | Online rate, orders and revenue per site on one screen | Property / operators |
| Revenue sharing | Automatic partner settlement with exportable statements | Property / finance |
| Work orders | Alarms become tickets; inspections and repairs logged with photos | O&M / property |
The modules are one pipeline, not six islands: an alarm opens a ticket, the ticket updates the device record, order data feeds the dashboard, and the dashboard produces the settlement statement. Nothing has to be re-keyed between spreadsheets.
For users: scan, charge, done
- No app required — scan the QR code (or enter the port number) and start; pay by WeChat or from wallet balance.
- Transparent pricing — the tariff is shown before charging starts.
- Full-charge auto stop — the port cuts off and settles automatically when the battery is full; safer for batteries, no wasted kilowatt-hours.
- Per-port protection — scheduled cut-off and overload limits are enforced independently on each port, so oversized devices cannot sneak onto a charging point.
For property managers: the numbers, whenever you want them
- Online rate per device — see which port dropped and when, before residents complain.
- Orders and revenue — daily figures, per site, per device, with trend curves.
- Settlement statements — partner shares are computed automatically and can be exported; every line traces back to raw orders.
- Tariff configuration — time-of-use rates, free minutes and package rules are back-office settings, not site visits.
Under the operator-build model this is the trust layer: the revenue share on the contract is the share the platform actually pays.
For the O&M team: fix it before anyone calls
Traditional maintenance waits for a phone call. Dongdian Huichong inverts the flow: offline devices alarm automatically, alarms open work orders, and repairs are scheduled by grade — emergencies within 4 hours response and 24 hours on-site, routine faults by priority. Every inspection and repair is logged with photos, so the property manager can audit the history instead of trusting a promise. Consumable spares are stocked locally in Yantai.
From installation to live operation in four steps
- Device onboarding — every device is registered to a site with port-level records and location photos.
- Tariff setup — electricity rates, service fees and billing windows configured per the agreement.
- Live testing — real charging runs, cut-off protection checks, payment path verification.
- Handover — property accounts created, duty staff trained, user manual delivered.
A new site typically goes live within a week of construction finishing; the long pole is usually the utility meter appointment, not the platform.
How the platform fits the cooperation models
The three cooperation structures differ only in the settlement rule the platform applies: revenue share under operator-build, contribution-proportional split under joint investment, and full revenue retained under owner purchase. Compare them with the model comparison tool and size returns with the ROI calculator — results are theoretical values, entrepreneurship involves risk, and final figures come from the survey. For how the devices and shelters get built, see the core services page.
Honest boundaries
Dongdian Huichong is operated first on sites we build or maintain, plus equipment inside our authorised brand system — that combination lets us close the loop on protocols, tariffs and warranty responsibility. Whether third-party legacy devices can join depends on protocol openness and the site survey: we do not promise universal compatibility. Ask, and you get a straight answer — including “no” with the reason.
Common questions
- Does the property pay extra for the platform?
- No separate platform fee under operator-build and joint-investment; owner-purchased sites are quoted with the project. No hidden subscriptions.
- Is the data open to the property manager?
- Yes — self-service dashboards, order records and exportable settlement statements under the property’s own account.
- How do you know when a device goes offline?
- Minute-level monitoring raises an alarm and a work order automatically; emergencies get a 4-hour response and a 24-hour on-site visit.
