Founder's message: keep the trouble, hand over the convenience
After years in this trade we are certain of one thing: charging is not a get-rich-quick business. It is more like a piece of urban infrastructure — the cables buried and the posts raised today must serve residents safely for five or ten years, through wind, rain and snow.
In the early days we took on jobs others refused: old communities with no spare transformer capacity, property managers hard to coordinate, shelter sites that neighbours disputed, residents worried about safety. We visited one community after another, revised drawings again and again, and turned capacity calculation, fire separation, leakage protection and charging order into standard procedures. That experience became our construction specification and O&M manual.
I often repeat two sentences to the team. First: equipment can be bought, trust cannot. Second: entrepreneurship involves risk; invest with caution — that applies to our clients, and even more to ourselves. So we never promise an unrealistic payback period. We promise solid survey, honest quotation, reliable construction and lasting maintenance.

Dongshang New Energy Co., Ltd. (brand: Dongdian Huichong) focuses on charging facilities for electric cars and two-wheelers. Our business spans equipment supply, charging shelter construction, power application and installation, platform operation and maintenance. We are headquartered in Yantai, Shandong, with a service network covering all districts and counties of the city.
- Community charging — investment, installation, operation and maintenance of e-bike and EV chargers in residential communities: 300+ communities served, a leading local market share.
- Charging shelters — design and construction of membrane, steel and PV structures that solve open-air charging and parking at the same time.

Qualifications and compliance
Charging facilities involve electricity and fire safety; qualifications and compliance are the ticket to the game. The company and the equipment we supply continuously maintain the following (valid licences prevail; originals available for inspection during project discussion):
- Entity: valid business licence, general VAT taxpayer status.
- Products: CCC (China Compulsory Certification) and factory test reports for supplied charging equipment.
- Construction: certified electricians and installers; special equipment operated per regulation.
- Insurance: product liability and public liability insurance at operating sites, subject to policy terms.
- Platform: Dongdian Huichong is self-developed, covering user, property and O&M roles.
Milestones
- Start — the first 10-port e-bike charger in an old community; the full loop of invest, build, operate and recover was proven on one site.
- Growth — standardised survey, construction and inspection processes enabled parallel delivery across dozens of communities.
- Platform — the self-developed Dongdian Huichong platform connected user app, property dashboard and O&M work orders; remote monitoring replaced patrols.
- Expansion — coverage across all Yantai districts; shelters, PV-storage-charging systems and heavy-truck battery swap added as new business lines.
