In this trade, a delivered project says more than any brochure. We do not do renderings — we describe what actually shipped: how we entered the site, what blocked us, how it was solved, and how the site is maintained today. Client names are anonymised to protect owners and partners; only fields useful for judging a project are kept.

What we disclose for every case
A charging project is judgeable from a handful of fields, so we standardise them: district (city or district level only), project type (residential / school / hospital / hotel / office / park / renovation), build year of the community, scale (households or bays), construction size (ports, or chargers and power), actual days from survey to power-on, key difficulties, and the delivery result — whether reinforcement was needed, what equipment was used, and which cooperation model.
Seven project types, seven delivery patterns
| Type | Typical scale | Duration | Main difficulty | Common model |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Residential communities | 20–80 ports | 20–30 days | Committee approval and notice | Revenue share |
| E-bike shelters | 30–120 bays | 15–25 days | Siting and fire separation | Shelter + charging package |
| Schools & universities | 50–200 ports | Built in holidays | Short holiday window; peak concentration | Peak-sized + scheduled tariffs |
| Hospitals | 20–60 devices | Rolling, zoned works | No-power-cut constraint | Night works, zoned acceptance |
| Hotels & retail | 6–20 devices | 20–40 days | Bay pressure and traffic flow | AC main + DC highlight |
| Offices & complexes | 10–60 devices | 25–45 days | Property-tenant coordination | Phase 1 at 10%, expand later |
| Parks & factories | Shelters + AC + DC | 25–35 days | Production-parallel construction | Self-procure or joint |
Two delivery notes worth reading
New vs already-occupied communities
In new builds the goal is once-and-right: bays reserved, cable trays pre-laid, capacity reserved at 10–20%. In occupied communities the goal is no open-heart surgery: build a first batch on existing capacity, then expand in phases by measured utilisation instead of one giant bet.
Old community renovation
Renovation projects live on negotiation: no fixed bays, aged distribution rooms, sometimes no owners' committee at all. The public-charging-area model plus ordered charging plus a community-organised approval path is the repeatable pattern — details on the dedicated page.
