Support: Installed Clearly, Used with Confidence

Manuals, installation standards and platform guides — written down step by step. Still stuck? Call a person, not a bot.

Product manuals and documentation

Every product family ships with documentation covering parameters, installation dimensions, wiring diagrams, fault codes and routine maintenance. Documents update with hardware batches — when requesting, state the model and purchase date.

  • E-bike charging station manual (10 / 20-port / networked) — parameters, dimensions, mounting holes, wiring and earthing, fault-code quick reference, maintenance checklist.
  • EV charger manual (7kW / 14kW / DC) — electrical parameters, cable sizing, breaker selection, wall and pedestal installation steps with torque values, alarm handling, service intervals.
  • Shelter documents (membrane / steel / PV) — structure and foundation notes, drainage and wind design, fire separation and equipment layout, inspection points.
  • Platform guide — user mini-program, property backend (tariffs, sharing, reports), O&M console (tickets, inspections, alarms).

How to request: email vip@ddner.cn with document name, model and project name, or call +86 133-9535-8768. For tenders we provide stamped paper copies.

Installation standards and construction workflow

Charging equipment is electrical infrastructure: installation must be performed by qualified personnel. Our standard workflow doubles as the acceptance checklist:

  1. Site survey — power points, circuit capacity, earthing, shelter structure, fire separation.
  2. Design confirmation — device positions, port counts, cable routing, distribution box configuration; signed-off drawings.
  3. Material intake — cables, conduits, boxes and protection devices purchased to drawing; specifications archived.
  4. Cabling — dedicated circuits, conduit protection, separation of power and data lines, waterproof and labelled joints.
  5. Device installation — fixed to the hole pattern, with ventilation clearance and correct operating height, levelled and plumb.
  6. Energising and commissioning — per-circuit load tests; protection, billing and network status verified.
  7. Acceptance — checklist confirmed item by item; documents and keys handed over.
  8. O&M handover — devices registered on the platform, tariffs and permissions configured, repair channel and response times agreed.

Safety red lines: dedicated circuits and protective devices only — no makeshift wiring; earthing resistance and cable cross-section calculated, never guessed; outdoor entries waterproofed; insulation tested before energising; no construction before the utility approves the supply scheme. Self-installation or modification voids warranty and liability coverage.

Platform guides by role

  • Drivers: scan to charge, choose package or amount, auto-stop on full with refund of unused balance, view orders and request e-invoices, report faults with photos.
  • Property managers: station overview with online rate and daily orders, tariff and package configuration, revenue-sharing reports by period, alarm dispatch to technicians.
  • O&M teams: accept tickets and record results, inspection routes with QR check-in and photos, spare-part in/out records and failure statistics.

When something goes wrong

Repair hotline +86 152-8878-3733, service hotline +86 400-0535-020, email vip@ddner.cn. Please provide the device ID, station name and a photo of the issue — that is usually enough for us to locate the fault within minutes.

Our service commitments

Survey and quotation reflect reality — no malicious add-ons after signing. Construction follows the drawings; concealed works are archived. Equipment carries the manufacturer warranty; operating sites get continuous O&M. Repair response and progress are visible to partners. All figures on this site are theoretical references; entrepreneurship involves risk, invest with caution.
