Typically 10–20% of bays get 7kW AC chargers, with DC added only for real fleet demand.

One delivery standard for every scenario
Whatever the scenario, the workflow is the same and written down step by step: requirement discussion → site survey → design and calculation → contract → grid application (if needed) → construction → commissioning and acceptance → platform launch → O&M handover. Every step produces a document — survey report, drawings, acceptance checklist — that the property keeps.
All payback and revenue figures are theoretical references under ideal conditions. Entrepreneurship involves risk; invest with caution.
