E-bike charging stations (two- and three-wheelers)

The mainstream product for community, campus and factory shelters. QR-code or card start, pay per port, full-charge auto-stop, overload / short-circuit / leakage protection — built for long unattended operation.

Common parameters: billing by time, energy or monthly package (platform-configured); full-charge auto-stop, overload, short-circuit and leakage protection, temperature monitoring (model dependent); wall or pedestal mount with dedicated distribution box and circuit; platform integration with property revenue sharing and O&M work orders.

AC chargers for cars (slow charging)

The workhorse for private bays, workplace lots and hotel overnight parking: cheap to build, gentle on the grid, and a full night of off-peak charging.

  • 7kW wallbox — single-phase 220V for private and underground bays; overnight charge covers most commuters; small size, fast installation; card / QR / plug-and-charge options.
  • 7kW / 14kW pedestal — higher ingress protection for outdoor and commercial lots; dual-gun variants serve two bays from one unit; platform billing and access control.
  • Smart ordered charging — allocates power dynamically within transformer capacity, so 2–3 times as many chargers run without a grid upgrade; off-peak priority and queueing built in; communication and power interfaces reserved for expansion.

Installation requirements: dedicated circuit and breaker, reliable earthing, cable cross-section sized by power and distance; leakage, over/under-voltage and earth-detection protection, emergency stop (model dependent).

DC fast chargers (bus, logistics, public stations)

  • 60kW integrated — entry fast charging for small sites and fleets; single or dual gun; modular power blocks swap out quickly; platform settlement.
  • 120kW dual-gun — the public-station workhorse; dynamic power split between guns raises bay turnover; wide output voltage covers mainstream vehicles; remote O&M and early warning.
  • 240kW and above — bus and heavy-truck fleets; high output with optional liquid-cooled cables; scheduled power dispatch trims peak tariffs.

DC fast charging involves transformer capacity and possible grid reinforcement: the investment and approval cycle is an order of magnitude above slow charging. We recommend a load study and a utility consultation before choosing models and quantities.

Charging shelters (membrane / steel / PV)

A shelter is not decoration — it is the compliant way to separate charging areas from evacuation routes, and it doubles equipment life in Yantai's coastal climate. We design and build the whole package: foundation, structure, drainage, fire separation and lighting.

  • Membrane (PVDF) — light, large span, fast build; fits mid-to-high-end communities and demonstration sites.
  • Steel structure — high strength and long spans; polycarbonate or steel roof options to match budget.
  • PV shelters — generate on the roof while charging below; pair with storage for a PV-storage-charging site (see our PV-storage-charging page).

Dongdian Huichong platform

User mini-program: scan to charge, WeChat/balance payment, auto-stop, orders and e-invoices, in-app fault reporting. Property dashboard: tariffs and packages, revenue sharing and reconciliation reports, alarm handling. O&M module: inspection plans with photo check-in, fault tickets, spare-part records. Multi-site operators see every station in one console, which is what keeps a scattered network manageable.
