What we do
Dongshang New Energy Co., Ltd. (brand: Dongdian Huichong) is a Yantai-based charging infrastructure company. We cover the whole chain: equipment supply, charging shelter construction, power grid application and installation, the self-developed charging platform, and long-term operation and maintenance. Today we serve more than 300 residential communities across Yantai, Shandong, with a local a leading local market share.
We work as an authorised regional agent for well-known charging brands including Bull (Gongniu), and we run our own management platform, so property managers deal with one partner instead of a device vendor, a contractor and a software supplier separately.
Core business
- Equipment sales — e-bike charging stations (10-port and 20-port), 7kW / 14kW AC chargers, 60–240kW DC fast chargers, with full certification and stable supply.
- Installation — in-house crews for survey, cabling, distribution boxes, shelters and acceptance in communities, parks and commercial sites.
- Operation & maintenance — 7×24 platform monitoring, offline alarms, graded fault response, quarterly on-site inspection and local spare parts.
- Charging shelters — steel, membrane and PV structures with lighting, CCTV and fire provisions, delivered together with the chargers.
- Dongdian Huichong platform — scan-to-charge, billing, remote control, revenue dashboards and O&M work orders for users, property managers and technicians.

In the operator-build model the property contributes nothing but the site and coordination: we fund equipment and construction, residents pay per use, and revenue sharing is calculated on the platform so every settlement is verifiable. Dongdian Huichong — the platform behind every station
Our self-developed platform connects three sides. Users scan a QR code to charge, pay by WeChat or balance, stop automatically when the battery is full, and download e-invoices. Property managers see online rate, orders and revenue per device, configure tariffs and packages, and export reconciliation reports. Our O&M team receives work orders, records inspections with photos, and manages spare parts — so problems are found before residents complain.
