Sequencing the investment

Mixed projects should start with e-bike ports, because their cash flow is fast and steady: RMB 1–2 per session at about 1.5 sessions per port per day. 7kW AC chargers earn RMB 15–25 a session (at 0.5–0.8 RMB/kWh service fee) — fewer sessions, bigger tickets, and they lift the compound's profile more than they lift revenue. 60kW+ DC fast charging costs RMB 30,000–60,000 per unit plus RMB 20,000–50,000 to install and connect, and only makes sense with real passing traffic. Build the cash-flow layer first, add vehicle charging when the data asks for it.
