Run the numbers before the meeting
We put three calculators in the tool centre because most stalled projects die not on price but on an unquantified account: the owners' committee asks why so many ports, the property asks when it pays back, the investor asks who carries the risk. If any question has no number behind it, the meeting ends there.

What do things cost?
Public industry reference ranges, not our quotation: a 10-port e-bike station with standard installation (within 30 m cabling, RCD box and signage) runs roughly RMB 12,000–22,000 in Yantai; a 20-port unit about RMB 18,000–32,000; a 7kW AC charger RMB 1,500–3,500 per device plus RMB 1,000–2,500 installation; a 60–120kW DC charger RMB 30,000–60,000 per device plus RMB 20,000–50,000 for installation and grid connection.
