1. Scope and effectiveness
This notice applies to the official website ddner.cn and all its sub-pages and mobile pages operated by Dongshang New Energy Co., Ltd. (the "company"), and to services provided via website messages, phone enquiries and survey bookings. It is formulated under the Personal Information Protection Law, the Cybersecurity Law and the Data Security Law of the People's Republic of China, and takes effect from publication. It does not apply to third-party websites or apps; platforms you reach through our links process data under their own privacy policies.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide: through message forms, survey bookings or online service you may give your name, phone number, community or organisation, number of bays and your requirement description. You provide these voluntarily; they are the necessary basis for us to contact you and produce a proposal.
- Information collected automatically: server and analytics tools log IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, visit time, pages viewed, referrer and search keywords. Such technical data is de-identified and cannot by itself identify you.
- Information from third parties: where lawful and authorised, we may obtain rough location, weather status or platform identifiers from partners such as map and weather services or the WeChat platform, for localised service and statistics.
3. How we use information
Business contact — reach you, understand the project, arrange a survey, produce a proposal and quotation, advance signing and delivery. Service and O&M — repair response, troubleshooting, firmware upgrades, inspection reminders and after-sales follow-up for installed devices. Security — identify abnormal access, malicious scanning and automated attacks to protect the website and users. Statistics — analyse traffic and page popularity on a de-identified basis to improve content and services; never to identify a specific individual. Compliance — cooperate with lawful regulator requests; where a merger, division or restructuring occurs, transfer information lawfully under continuing obligations of this notice.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies or local storage to remember preferences, measure visits, and keep forms and page functions working. You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings; refusing them generally does not block the site, though session-dependent features may degrade. Third-party analytics, if used, set identifiers under their own rules and can be disabled by blocking the relevant scripts.
5. Sharing, transfer and public disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. Apart from the following we do not provide it to any third party: with your explicit consent; where necessary to deliver the service you requested (for example the device manufacturer honouring warranty, or the survey crew visiting); to perform obligations under laws and regulations; or where necessary for public-health emergencies or the protection of life and property. Partners access information only within our authorisation, for the specific purpose, under confidentiality and data-security obligations, and may not repurpose it. If a merger, division, restructuring or bankruptcy requires transfer, we inform you of the recipient's name and contact and require it to remain bound by this notice; any change of purpose or method requires your renewed consent.
6. Storage period and location
We keep personal information no longer than necessary for the purposes of this notice: enquiry-type information is generally kept until the service completes or for a reasonable period after consent is withdrawn; statutory retention periods prevail where set. Personal information collected within the People's Republic of China is stored within China in principle; any necessary cross-border transfer follows a security assessment and your separate consent. After expiry, withdrawal or a deletion request, we delete or anonymise the information unless the law provides otherwise.
7. Security measures
Technical: HTTPS across the site; firewalls, intrusion prevention and access audit on servers; access-controlled databases and backups; logs for critical operations. Administrative: data classification with least-privilege access, training on personal information protection, confidentiality agreements with partners who touch data. Contingency: an incident response process; where a leak occurs we notify regulators and affected individuals as the law requires and take remedial steps promptly.
8. Your rights
You may access and obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate records, delete information where the law or contract allows, withdraw consent at any time, and lodge complaints with us or with the competent regulator. Email vip@ddner.cn or call +86 400-0535-020; we respond within fifteen working days. Because email is not a fully secure channel, please avoid sending sensitive identity numbers; we may verify your identity before acting.
9. Minors
Our services are directed to businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. A guardian who believes a minor's information has been provided to us should contact us; we will delete it promptly upon verification.
10. Updates and contact
