Residential compounds follow the standard rule — one port per 30–50 active e-bikes; a 500-household compound usually takes one or two 10-port stations — but siting still beats quantity: near entrances, clear of evacuation routes, lit, camera-covered, drained. Factories (Laizhou's industry runs on gold, machinery and building materials) get shift-peak sizing, dedicated piles for key vehicles, and per-department or per-employee billing so energy accounting lands in the plant's ledger untouched.

O&M at 130 km: remote-first, spares on the shelf
