Sales: authorised brands, honest supply
Agency status matters because it decides what happens after the invoice: stock is stable, pricing is transparent, and the manufacturer stands behind the warranty. We supply 10-port and 20-port e-bike stations with independent per-port control, 7kW–14kW AC chargers, 60–240kW DC fast chargers, plus cabinets, extinguishers, signage and cable trays so a site is complete in one delivery.
Installation: survey first, fixed price second
Every project starts with a free on-site survey — clamp meters on the feeder, a 7-day load record, site measurements and a routing plan — then a quotation that already contains equipment, materials, construction and acceptance support. The price we quote is the price you pay; change orders are the exception and are approved in writing. Crews are Yantai locals, not subcontractors who disappear after handover.
O&M: alarms before complaints
Charging is a long game and the device going online is the beginning, not the end. All equipment we build or maintain reports to the platform every minute; an offline device raises an alarm and a work order automatically, usually before any resident notices. Emergencies: response within 4 hours, on-site within 24. Routine: quarterly inspections with records open to the property, and consumable spares stocked locally in Yantai. Shelters: canopy and chargers designed as one
Ordering a canopy from one vendor and chargers from another produces predictable mismatches: beams where the cable route should be, chargers shaded out of their bays. We design shelter and chargers together — structure, drainage, lighting, CCTV provision and fire equipment in one drawing set, one crew, one acceptance. Revenue sharing is computed on the platform from raw order data, so every settlement is verifiable.
