A stall that taught us
Once post training stalled progress because responsibility was not assigned to anyone. We set a rule: map the site conditions first, put a person in charge, and let the partner see verifiable work being done properly and on the agreed date without surprises.
Job to long companionship
Training shows its worth only in use by the client. We keep the rule that no installed asset should be left without care, and turn patrol, response and records into routine checks done weekly without exception by someone who owns the outcome fully.
A simple acceptance list
After install, verify protection and grounding records, signage and lighting for night safety, named contacts and response time, and long-term maintenance with spare parts on hand for quick swaps when a component eventually fails on the site.
Training pays back the moment a user handles a small fault without calling us at all. Self-reliance is not lost revenue for us; it is the signal that the system is truly theirs now, and that our job was to hand over capability, not dependency on us.
