Two-wheelers sharpen the service

In Zhifu, two-wheeler charging is moving from headlines into neighborhood routine. With a vast e-bike fleet, centralized charging is folded into local livelihood projects, and auto-stop, overload and short-circuit protection have become hard criteria when residents pick a site. The State Council guidance document 19 of 2023 calls for a broadly covered, reasonably structured, high-quality charging system by 2030, building city-surface, highway-line and village-point networks and creating demonstration townships where conditions are good.

Differentiated local plans

For Zhifu's older communities and new buildings, professional teams offer differentiated approaches: unified build-and-manage for old blocks, high-standard provision by reserved conditions for new ones, staying compliant and durable without building something soon obsolete. Use only centralized e-bike facilities, never stairwells, indoor or flying cables, and watch that auto-stop and overload protection work. Stop at once if overheating, smell or strange sounds appear, and form the habit of checking status before every charge.

Elder-friendly and local assurance

Dongshang New Energy keeps local O&M in Yantai with remote monitoring and periodic inspection, response-time limits and local spare parts, which is why many properties return for later retrofit phases with the same trusted crew. May e-bikes charge in stairwells? Not advised; many places ban it. Indoor thermal runaway blocks the escape route. Choose centralized facilities with auto-stop, overload and short-circuit protection instead.
